Tim did an excellent job towing my car. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Although I had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time, I completely understand that tow schedules can be unpredictable. Tim kept a great attitude, provided excellent customer service, and made the whole experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a tow!

I had a great experience with the roadside assistance service. My car wouldn’t start at a gas station around 8:00 p.m., and Joe arrived very quickly to help. He jump-started my car and explained that my battery was simply too old and should be replaced soon. Joe was professional, friendly, and patient. He also let me know that if I needed another jump-start before replacing the battery, I could just call them again. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you, Joe, for your excellent service and kindness. I really appreciate your help!

We had a large lawn mower go too far down a VERY steep creek bank. Tim did a terrific job assessing the situation, was very careful to not damage the machine and successfully got us out of a jam in such a short time! Thanks TIM!

Joe and Courtney were amazing! FordPass is a great way to unlock your vehicle… when it works. After I accidentally locked my keys in my car, I called Ford Roadside Assistance, who dispatched Feldkamps. Courtney quickly got Joe on the way—initially, the wait time showed 75 minutes, but Joe showed up in less than 5! Talk about incredible service.
